Worst agency ever, they work with unprofessional companies. I worked for 3 days at Cheesegeek distribution wearhouse at raynes park and was let go with no explanation, no temp contract was signed. I attended every single day even assisted Gemma when she asked me to help other new staff pack boxes AND did overtime! As a company that was on dragon den it's disgusting how they can just let staff go after 72 hours! Very sad that Gemma thinks this is fair treatment and did not take the initiative to even chat to me in private and watch my performance after if she was concerned about my wrapping skills. Pure exploitation from Cheesegeek as a company to have people sign up during the Christmas period and let them go after 72 hours. I reached out to mark via text and email regarding why I was let go with no response but as soon as I messaged him about when I would receive pay he replied. Awful company and standards.

Unprofessional and a horrible agency to work with from my experience, I was booked in for shift on the 25th of June, that was the first and last time I worked with them never got paid for it m. After weeks of contacting them and payroll to see when will I receive my payment they said they won’t be able to pay me unless I give them my right to work (which I provided before hand) there was an error with certain documents it wasn’t working properly they failed to mention that to me before I went to work. After 9 weeks I have them all the details they needed and I still have never been paid. Contacted ACAS filed a complaint and there response was they will not pay me as they don’t have proof of me actually going to work and contacted the work place and don’t remember who I am. I was never provided with a time sheet and on the day of my shift it was me and 4 other people and we all had the same problem on the day they would not let us in the building because they was not aware that we were supposed to be working on that day. Contacted someone from the agency spoke to security and eventually let us in. I even asked them to check cameras to see that I was actually on the building working and they said it’s too late for that and it’s too much aggravation for them. Based from my experience with them I would not recommend them. I did a 10 hour shift working next to a machine which was really hot in that heat not a drink allowed in the. Building while working, picking up sacks of 10kg rice on to a pallet for nothing. Unprofessional I’ve missed out on my money based on their mistakes and lack communication
