I responded to a job advert as it was local with no idea initially that Job Box were the agent. I am very glad I did. The team at job box found other opportunities in the surrounding area and got me interviews quickly. Lovely to work with and not pushy which is very refreshing. Impressed.

Unprofessionally dealt with following an interview secured by them. If a candidate does not get selected by the client, they don't deserve to be kept in the dark. Communication is key; both parties should be following up with one another, but it's highly unprofessional for many recruitment agencies to not be adhering to this basic courtesy.
