I would never recommend this piece of TRASH to anyone. It was my brother’s wedding-his special day and everything was a DISASTER! Lunch was to be ready by 1pm. We got to the venue at 12:30 and the stage wasn’t even ready. We had to ask the staff to bring out the benches. The hall was a mess, they hadn’t even hoovered when we got there. We were promised a beautiful flower arch at the entrance but I didn’t see one. We were also promised welcome drinks but again, another FAKE promise. We had arranged for a microphone and aux chord to plug in our own music. Staff were very confused and there was no aux chord. We had to arrange our own from our guest-very embarrassing. Food was delayed-lunch was served at 5pm. Starters came around at 4pm. Staff management is terrible, no one knew what they were doing?! Also, afterwards we found out that the Manager was HIDING in the kitchen. He took no responsibility whatsoever. He told us he would be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly but he was nowhere to be found. The Manager is named Khalil by the way. So avoid him at all costs. He will sweet talk you into everything and make fake promises.
We had an engagement ceremony on 03/09. I should truly say yes food was very good and fresh. But unfortunately venue management was horrible. FIRST:- We was promised we will provide with 4 staffs for 70 guests but they were only 2 waitress and they couldn’t even speak English that made the situation very bad. SECOND:- manager Khalil wasn’t even attending our party to see everything was ok, at last 11:00 pm we saw him when everything about to finish. He was more concentrating on the other side party. THIRD:- Bryan promised he will be there on our party but he went on a holiday and arranged another manager Khalil but we didn’t get any service that we was promised. FOURTH:- we was promised at 4:00pm venue will be ready but some of our guests who arrived at 6:00pm, venue wasn’t even ready it was truly disappointing how they managed. I will never recommend this to anyone. This place is good for takeaway only definitely not for your special occasion..
I recently had my reception at this location and I can say that everything went perfectly. Jas and Bukri was on hand on the day to supervise the event. They made sure that there was no hiccups. The food was delicious, plenty of soft drinks and I had no complain from the guest. There were lots of waiter and bartender on the floor. Overall it was a great experience and great value for money. I would recommend it.
One of the worst management we have come across. Our family hosted a birthday party and there was some dispute outside between the car park users and guests. The management intervened physically and was very abusive verbally. We were quite shocked and intimated by their behaviour. The dispute was not our concern and it shouldn’t be any concern of the management either. They made it their problem on a land which was not under their control. THE BIRTHDAY GIRL GOT HER DINNER TAKEN AWAY JUST BECAUSE THE OWNER GAVE ORDER TO THE STAFF. I wish they had some common sense and decency to at least respect the rights and needs of someone who is celebrating their big day.
I organised a birthday party on 23rd December for my daughter’s 1st birthday at Silverdine Banqueting. Really the Experience was very amazing and food was very tasty. Thanks to Mr Sekhon who was amazing. This is amazing place to hold any event and a must if you are planning any event. Really good service and well organised. Now again we would love to do another party next week on 7th January. I will highly recommend to everyone about their service. Thank you Silverdine. Regards Neelam and Garry
