I cannot recommend Jenna enough. My husband are I were living in the US whilst planning our wedding but we knew we wanted our wedding in the UK. I found Jenna through her instagram and after speaking with her, we knew she was the person we wanted to plan our wedding for us. Jenna is incredibly professional and takes out all the stress from planning. Every supplier she recommended to us were amazing and fit exactly with the original picture of what we wanted for the wedding. I enjoyed our monthly catch ups and she gave us great advice whenever we needed it. Her recommendations and insight on all aspects of the wedding were invaluable. She supported us through changing our wedding due to Covid and we had no issues moving our date and suppliers. On the day, she made everything run so smoothly and her assistant Frances was equally lovely and great at what she does. We could not have had the wedding we had if it were not for Jenna. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, supportive, a great person and gets the job done with no fuss, I'd advise you to work with Jenna.
We first met with Jenna in 2019, we were due our first baby and knew we needed a wedding planner to support us and help give us our dream wedding. One global pandemic, two babies and three wedding dates later, we finally had our dream wedding in May 2022. It was the best day of our lives and a lot of that lies with Jenna. Jenna not only exceeded expectations in her role as our wedding planner but has also, become our friend, hopefully for life. Jenna spent a lot of time with us discussing the vision we had for our wedding. She has a network of fantastic suppliers who are all professionals and industry experts in their fields. I have to call out the hair and make up team I had who made all of us feel so calm despite the task ahead of them. I can’t emphasise enough how reassuring it is to be supported by Jenna’s trusted suppliers - I know this personally having gone against jenna with my own make up artist…swiftly realising two weeks before the wedding that Jenna’s choice was better and on so many levels. There were a lot of ‘hiccups’ along our journey. The pandemic is undoubtedly one to call out and due to this we probably ended up being one of Jenna’s longest standing clients. It was an emotional time for all of us, jenna helped us navigate our way through the stress of this period and we never felt on our own with our thoughts. This is despite challenges Jenna must have been feeling given the enormous impact covid had on the wedding industry. The wedding day itself is when Jenna’s role really came into her own. The whole day was seamless from start to finish, we never once worried about timings or whether our guests were being looked after. Our only job that day was to enjoy ourselves which we did in style! We were eventually married on 10th February 2022 in a small private ceremony at The Connaught Hotel in Mayfair. Our initial wedding plans were very different but due to Covid amongst other things, we had to cancel and re-arrange three times. Our planned wedding was a full weekend event at a lovely hotel with over 100 guests staying. We began to add many wonderful elements and it was at that time that we realised we needed a wedding planner to help us. We contacted Jenna and following an initial call and meeting we were totally confident that we had found the right person to help and guide us through the process. Jenna is incredible at what she does. She makes all the difficult things associated with a wedding seem easy. Throughout the process of planning a wedding event there are constant decisions to be made and questions to be answered. Jenna made all of those things easier for us. Once we had appointed Jenna we were able to relax and enjoy the process with the confidence that she was managing all of the finer details on our behalf. After 3 postponements we found ourselves suffering from 'wedding fatigue' and so we made the decision to downsize our event, choose a new venue and bring the date forward. Jenna was incredibly supportive throughout and ensured that despite the changes we enjoyed a wonderful wedding. We cannot thank Jenna enough for everything she did for us. After 3 reschedules, we finally got my daughter married in England this past weekend and we couldn’t possibly have done it without Jenna! She kept us on task and moving forward, despite all the COVID-related hurdles put in our way, and she always did it with a smile. Her professionalism and attention to detail were always on the mark.
