My stay was amazing. What a charming little boutique hotel in a perfect location! Super close to Kew Gardens, 10 min walk to the train and an adorable little shopping village. My room was delightful, quiet and cozy. My stay was so great that I checked out and checked back in the same day! I loved the hotel and area was so much, I wanted an additional night there so I canceled my Brussels trip and stayed 1 more night. Huge shout out and many thanks to Alicja for making it happen. She was able to get me in one more night, and I’m so grateful for that. Her hospitality and kindness was top notch! The rest of the staff was awesome too, such an great spot. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Coach & Horses for two weeks in October and was very impressed by this small hotel. In fact, although I stay at hotels regularly, both in the U.K. and overseas, I can say that this is the best small hotel I’ve known. The rooms are spacious, modern and kept spotlessly clean, the decor that luxurious “shabby chic” redolent of some other notable top hotels, but what makes the Coach & Horses stand out is the service and the staff. Alicia deserves special mention. From guiding me into the carpark when arriving to ensuring I had everything I could possibly need, often at hours which suggested she never sleeps, Alicia and her colleagues went well beyond the line of duty in ensuring my warm welcome and comfort. The wonderful service and personal attention made a relaxing stay exceptional, and made a good hotel truly great. Oh, and breakfast is delicious.

We have stayed at the Coach & Horses Kew at least half a dozen times. Each stay has been excellent. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and our rooms have always been of a high standard. We stayed again last night and Alicja out of the blue upgraded our room and left a lovely message in a card to say she hope we have a wonderful stay, which we did. We are looking forward to returning next year to a puppy friendly room ???? Steve & Sally Farrell. X

All I can say is a huge ‘Thank You’ to all the staff at the Coach & Horses in Kew for making our Christmas Day the best ever for a very long time. We decided to not to cook this year and opted to ‘Eat Out’ instead., best decision ever! The Christmas lunch was amazing, it was absolutely delicious and such value for money, I cannot fault it or would want to.. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We will 100% be returning on the 25th December 2023 and bringing more family. Merry Christmas to you all!!

I had the very best experience in London thanks to the homestyle elegance of Coaches and Horses. Alicia greeted me so warmly, and made herself available to answer all of my questions with so much kindness. She seemed to take a special interest in making sure I was comfortable after a long flight. Our room was decorated with personalized touches, with enough space for us to make it feel like home. I slept very well and didn't want to leave the next morning! This winter I'll have to stay much longer to experience the cozy ambiance in cooler weather. Alicia found me before we left to wish me well during my visit, which absolutely brightened my day! It felt like she genuinely loves her work, and brought a nurturing spirit to every exchange. Coaches will be the priority repeat visit next time. To me, it was the absolute best!
